In today’s educational context, yoga is becoming more and more important.

Through yoga exercises, meditation and breathing exercises, it is possible, for example, to reduce everyday stress and better deal with aggression.

Yoga also makes children and young people more self-confident, balanced and calm. It also helps with anxiety, depression, hyperactivity, trauma and attention deficit disorders.
