Another child we visited during the summer holidays is Maria.

Maria was placed in a rubbish bag near a church entrance by her mother after one day after her birth. Fortunately, a man found Maria and took care of her immediately. Maria is HIV-positive, and it was difficult to place her in a foster family. The man who found her decided to take Maria into his family, and to this day, together with his wife, he lovingly takes care of her and his two other daughters during the holidays. It was so nice to see how happy Maria is with her family. When we visited, we were offered roasted nuts and soda. We talked a lot and looked at family pictures together. A truly lovely day with Maria’s family.
